Refund / Return Policy
Thanks for shopping at Articus Creative Designs.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 15 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. (i.e. tags still on, original packaging)
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Any custom, altered, or personalized items purchased are NOT eligible for a refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If a refund is approved, you can opt out of payment and receive store credit equal to the refund amount.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning items. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted you’re your refund.
